The hotel is a bit old but it seems it is undergoing some renovation, so that may change soon. The staff were nice and helpful and I felt very welcome. The room I was staying in was nice, spacious and clean (a bit old though). The breakfast was good and tasty as well, not the widest selection, but it had everything that was needed and even hot cinnamon buns. There is a good size swimming pool and spacious parking as well.

The price was great for what we were given, free good Breakfast was an added bonus. We stayed at another hotel the night before but paid more for way less such as the indoor pool, good breakfast. The other hotel had terrible breakfast. Great wolf inn is very nice, But I rather stay at the holiday inn, which is just as nice, but has more things to do especially if you have small children.

The female working at the front desk, I think her name was Stella. She was very professional,friendly and made our arrival very welcoming. She went above and beyond to ensure that other customers received everything they requested in their rooms. She is a 5 star employee.

Great stay and good location... close to many things and places and just a quick drive to West Point Academy. Clean rooms and good breakfast!! Friendly staff and helpful and they gave good suggestions for places to eat, etc.
